Our students create a newsletter with lots of interesting information about the exciting projects they work on.
They use a wiki system to collate articles and photos into folders. This makes articles easier to share as students can access files and help each other.
Each week, the reporters discuss what is happening in SVS and collect information, take photos, contact lecturers and fellow students.
Working in small groups, they write articles and edit photos in preparation for print.
Students can also edit images, which helps them to record and produce evidence of their work in other subjects.
They have recently been learning how to interview people and plan to include staff and student interviews in future issues.
